Blocked Content Policy

At AIPornTool, we are committed to providing a secure, respectful and lawful online environment for all users of our AIPornTool.com platform (the “APP”). This Blocked Content Policy outlines categories of content strictly prohibited on our APP.

1. Strictly Prohibited Content:
Child Pornography: Any form of child pornography and exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. Violators will have their content removed, accounts banned, and in some cases, will be reported to international law enforcement agencies. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of images and settings involving minors, including non-realistic representations similar to humans, such as art, AI-generated content, fictional characters, or dolls. Directing AI or circumventing system rules to generate content related to child pornography is also prohibited.
Bestiality: Any content related to bestiality is not allowed. However, role-playing with anthropomorphized fictional characters to enhance a story’s narrative is acceptable, provided it does not involve sexual acts. This will be assessed based on context and character traits.
Glorifying Sexual Violence: Content that includes non-consensual, rape, sexual abuse, etc., is prohibited. However, within the context of romantic and ambiguous relationships, behavior and language that are controlling, proactive, dominant, and rude may be acceptable. This will be assessed based on specific circumstances.
Incest: Content involving incest, regardless of blood relation, is strictly prohibited. Additionally, role-playing involving family relationships is not allowed due to the high risk of evolving into incestuous content.
Violence and Harm: Content that incites, glorifies, or promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. This includes content that encourages suicide, terrorism, or any form of harm, as well as realistic depictions of gore, including but not limited to acts causing death to animals, murder, cannibalism, etc

2. Unacceptable Content:
Violates laws and regulations including promoting illegal activities, illegal drugs, weapons, violence
Infringes on privacy, intellectual property or other rights without consent
Impersonates real individuals or celebrities in a deceptive manner
Spreads misinformation, conspiracy theories or unethical advice that can cause harm
Constitutes spam, phishing attempts, malware or other malicious activities
Is threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, bullying, excessively violent, or hate speech that promotes discrimination or violence
Is defamatory, libelous, or verifiably false with the purpose of harming others
Is obscene, pornographic, or constitutes sexual harassment or exploitation/abuse of a minor
Glorifies self-harm
Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
Furthers or promotes criminal activity or seeks to buy or sell illegal drugs
Infringes third party intellectual property rights
Constitutes a “deepfake” or impersonation of any kind

3. Specific Content Guidelines:
Explicit Imagery: Appropriate NSFW images or GIFs are permissible, provided they do not depict hardcore imagery. Such content must be marked as NSFW. Plain images of genitalia, whether phallus or vulva, are not allowed.
Prohibited Pornographic Content: Any pornographic content exhibiting photorealism to the extent that it cannot be easily distinguished from actual photographic imagery of real human individuals is strictly prohibited. This rule applies irrespective of the method of creation, encompassing both AI-generated and computer-simulated pornography.
Aging up characters from their original, canonical ages is permissible under certain conditions: the characters must be explicitly stated to be over 18 years old, and their visual representation should align with this stated age. However, aging up human actors from movies is strictly prohibited.
Youthful Demeanors: Bots with youthful or childlike demeanors will be scrutinized and evaluated individually, even if they are listed as 18 or older.
Relationships of Power: Relationships involving power dynamics, such as guard-inmate, are allowed given our platform’s virtual nature.
4. Content Moderation
We utilize AI systems and human moderators to ensure compliance with our policies. We may review and take action on flagged content including account suspension or termination. This measure helps maintain a respectful community environment while striking a balance with user privacy.

6. Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or legal action as appropriate. We reserve rights to remove access in case of non-compliance.
